Referral Bonus Structure
Tech/Product Roles
- Software Engineers/Developers: $2,000
- Product Managers: $2,500
- UI/UX Designers: $2,000
- Data Scientists/Analysts: $2,500
- IT Support Specialists: $1,500
Other Roles
- Clinical Staff (e.g., Nurses, Medical Assistants): $1,000
- Administrative/Support Roles: $500
- Executive Positions: $3,000
Eligibility Criteria
- The referred candidate must be hired and remain employed with AltaMed for a minimum of 90 days.
- The referrer must be an active employee at the time of the bonus payout.
- Referrals must be submitted through the official AltaMed referral portal.
Submission Process
- Identify a Candidate: Find a qualified individual who would be a great fit for AltaMed's culture and mission.
- Submit Referral: Use the AltaMed referral portal to submit the candidate's information along with your details.
- Track Status: You will receive updates on the candidate’s application status.
Payout Timeline
- The referral bonus is paid out after the referred employee has completed 90 days of employment.
- Bonuses are included in the next payroll cycle following the eligibility confirmation.
Additional Information
- There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can make.
- If multiple employees refer the same candidate, the referral bonus is awarded to the employee who submitted the referral first.
- AltaMed reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.
