To support this, Allina Health offers a Referral Bonus Program, which includes incentives for referring candidates who are successfully hired into various roles, with a focus on tech and product positions.

Referral Bonus Structure

1. Tech/Product Roles:

   • Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers:
     • Bonus Amount: Up to $5,000
     • Eligibility: Full-time roles, successful hire must complete a 90-day probationary period.
   • IT Support and Systems Analysts:
     • Bonus Amount: Up to $3,000
     • Eligibility: Full-time roles, successful hire must complete a 90-day probationary period.

2. Other Roles:

   • Nursing and Allied Health Professionals:
     • Bonus Amount: Up to $2,500
     • Eligibility: Full-time roles, successful hire must complete a 90-day probationary period.
   • Administrative and Support Staff:
     • Bonus Amount: Up to $1,500
     • Eligibility: Full-time roles, successful hire must complete a 90-day probationary period.

Program Guidelines

• Eligibility for Referrers:

  • All active Allina Health employees are eligible to participate, except those involved in the recruitment process for the referred position.
  • Referrals must be submitted through the official referral portal to qualify for bonuses.

• Payment Process:

  • Referral bonuses are paid out in two installments: 50% after the new hire completes 90 days, and the remaining 50% after six months of employment.
  • Bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and will be included in the referrer’s paycheck.
