Program Overview

• Eligibility: All full-time Allient employees are eligible to participate in the referral program, except for HR personnel and hiring managers directly involved in the recruitment process for the referred position.
• Referral Bonus Payout: Bonuses are paid out after the new hire has successfully completed 90 days of employment.
• Referral Submission: To refer a candidate, employees must submit the candidate's resume and any relevant information through our internal recruitment portal.
