Our referral bonus program is designed to reward employees who refer qualified candidates to our open positions. Below is a detailed overview of the program, focusing on tech and product roles, but also applicable to other positions.

Program Overview

• Eligibility: All current Allegians employees are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program, except for those directly involved in the hiring process for the referred candidate.
• Referral Process: Employees must submit referrals through the official company portal. Each referral should include the candidate's resume and a brief note on why they are a good fit.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech and Product Roles

Given the competitive landscape for tech and product roles, Allegians offers an attractive referral bonus for successful hires in these areas:

• Software Engineer: $5,000
• Product Manager: $4,500
• Data Scientist: $5,000
• UX/UI Designer: $4,000
• DevOps Engineer: $5,000

Other Roles

For non-tech roles, the referral bonuses are structured as follows:

• Marketing Specialist: $3,000
• Sales Executive: $3,500
• Customer Support Representative: $2,000
• HR Generalist: $2,500

Payment Terms

• The referral bonus is paid in two installments:
  • First Installment: 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
  • Second Installment: The remaining 50% is paid after the candidate completes one year of employment.
