Referral Bonus Structure

Tech and Product Roles

For tech and product roles, which include positions such as software engineers, product managers, data scientists, and UX/UI designers, the referral bonus is structured as follows:

• Tier 1 (Junior Level Positions): $2,000
• Tier 2 (Mid-Level Positions): $3,500
• Tier 3 (Senior Level Positions): $5,000
• Tier 4 (Director or Above): $7,500

Other Roles

For non-tech roles, such as marketing, sales, operations, and customer service, the referral bonuses are:

• Tier 1 (Entry-Level Positions): $1,000
• Tier 2 (Mid-Level Positions): $2,500
• Tier 3 (Senior Positions): $4,000
• Tier 4 (Director or Above): $6,000

Eligibility and Payment Process

• Eligibility: All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program. The referred candidate must be hired as a full-time employee and successfully complete a 90-day probationary period for the referring employee to receive the bonus.

• Payment: The referral bonus will be paid out in the first paycheck following the completion of the referred candidate's probationary period. All bonuses are subject to applicable taxes.
