Below is a detailed overview of our referral bonus program, specifically tailored for tech and product roles, but also applicable to other positions within the company.

Referral Bonus Details

• Eligibility: All full-time Aldeyra Therapeutics employees are eligible to participate in the referral program, except for those directly involved in the recruitment process for the referred position.

• Eligible Positions: The referral bonus is applicable to all open positions, with a focus on tech and product roles. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Software Engineers
  • Product Managers
  • Data Scientists
  • UX/UI Designers

• Bonus Amounts:

  • Tech/Product Roles: A successful referral for these high-demand positions can earn a bonus of up to $3,000.
  • Other Roles: Referral bonuses for non-tech/product roles typically range from $1,000 to $2,000, depending on the level and urgency of the position.

• Payment Schedule: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:

  1. First Installment (50%): Paid after the referred candidate has completed 90 days of employment.
  2. Second Installment (50%): Paid after the referred candidate has completed 6 months of employment.

Referral Process

1. Submission: Employees must submit their referral through the company’s internal referral portal, providing the candidate's resume and a brief recommendation note.

2. Acknowledgment: Once the referral is submitted, the HR department will acknowledge receipt and provide updates on the candidate’s status throughout the hiring process.
