Referral Bonus Details

Eligibility

• Current Employees: All full-time, part-time, and contract employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Referred Candidates: Candidates must not have applied to any position at Alaunos Therapeutics within the last 12 months.

Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers:
  • Bonus Amount: $5,000
  • Payment Timeline:
    • 50% after the referred candidate completes their first 3 months.
    • Remaining 50% after the referred candidate completes 6 months.

Other Key Roles

• Research Scientists, Clinical Trial Managers, Regulatory Affairs:
  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Payment Timeline:
    • 50% after the referred candidate completes their first 3 months.
    • Remaining 50% after the referred candidate completes 6 months.

Process

1. Submission: Employees should submit referrals via the company's internal referral system, ensuring all candidate details are accurate.
2. Application Review: The recruitment team will review the application and communicate the status to the referrer.
3. Hiring and Onboarding: If the candidate is hired, the referrer will be notified of the bonus eligibility and payment schedule.

Terms and Conditions

• The referred candidate must be successfully hired and remain employed at Alaunos Therapeutics for a minimum of 6 months for the referrer to receive the full bonus.
