Referral Bonus Overview

Our referral bonus program is designed to reward employees who help us find and hire top talent. The bonus amounts vary depending on the role being filled, with a special focus on tech and product positions due to the strategic importance of these roles.

Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists:

  • Bonus Amount: $5,000
  • Payment Schedule: 50% after the candidate completes 3 months of employment, and the remaining 50% after 6 months.

• UX/UI Designers, DevOps Engineers, QA Engineers:

  • Bonus Amount: $4,000
  • Payment Schedule: 50% after 3 months, remaining 50% after 6 months.

Non-Tech Roles

• Marketing, Sales, HR:

  • Bonus Amount: $2,500
  • Payment Schedule: 50% after 3 months, remaining 50% after 6 months.

• Administrative, Support Staff:

  • Bonus Amount: $1,500
  • Payment Schedule: 50% after 3 months, remaining 50% after 6 months.

Eligibility Criteria

• The referred candidate must be hired as a full-time employee.
• The referring employee must be actively employed at the time the bonuses are paid out.
• The referred candidate must not have applied to Alamo Group in the past 12 months.
