• Software Engineers: Eligible employees can earn a referral bonus of up to $3,000 for successfully referring a candidate who is hired for a software engineering position.
• Product Managers: A referral bonus of $2,500 is offered for successful referrals leading to a hire in the product management team.
• Data Scientists: Employees can earn up to $3,000 for referrals that result in a hire within the data science department.
• User Experience Designers: A referral bonus of $2,000 is available for referring a candidate hired as a UX designer.

Other Roles

• Sales and Marketing: Referrals that lead to hires in sales and marketing positions may earn the referring employee a bonus of $1,500.
