Eligibility and Payment Terms

• Eligibility: All full-time employees at Akero Therapeutics are eligible to participate in the referral program. Part-time employees, interns, and contractors are not eligible for referral bonuses.

• Payment Schedule: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments. The first half is paid once the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment, and the second half is paid after the candidate completes one year of continuous service.

• Referral Process: To qualify for the bonus, the referring employee must submit the candidate's details through the company's official referral portal before the candidate applies for the position. The referral must be acknowledged by HR before any interview process begins.
