Referral Bonus Details

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists:
  • Referral Bonus: $5,000
  • Eligibility: Paid after the referred candidate successfully completes 90 days of employment.

Other Roles

• Non-Tech Roles (e.g., Marketing, HR, Legal):
  • Referral Bonus: $3,000
  • Eligibility: Paid after the referred candidate successfully completes 90 days of employment.

General Guidelines

• Who Can Refer: All employees of Akerman LLP are eligible to participate in the referral program, except for HR personnel and hiring managers directly involved in the recruitment process for the referred position.
• Candidate Criteria: Referred candidates must meet the qualifications and requirements of the open position. Only external candidates qualify; current employees and contractors are excluded.
• Submission Process: Referrals should be submitted through the company’s designated referral portal or by emailing the recruitment team with the candidate’s resume and contact information.

Payment Process

• Referral bonuses are processed through payroll and are subject to tax withholdings.
• Payment is made in the next payroll cycle following the completion of the candidate’s 90-day employment period.
