To encourage the recruitment of top-tier individuals, Aisera offers a comprehensive referral bonus program. This program is designed to reward employees who refer candidates that are successfully hired into tech and product roles, along with other key positions.
Referral Bonus Structure
Tech & Product Roles
- Senior Software Engineer: $5,000
- Product Manager: $4,500
- Data Scientist: $4,000
- UX/UI Designer: $3,500
Other Roles
- Sales Executive: $3,000
- Customer Success Manager: $2,500
- Marketing Specialist: $2,000
Eligibility Criteria
- Current Employees: Only full-time employees of Aisera are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.
- Candidate Eligibility: The referred candidate must not have applied to Aisera within the past 12 months.
- Successful Hire: The candidate must be successfully hired and pass the probationary period of 90 days.
- Referral Process: All referrals should be submitted through the official Aisera referral portal.
Payment Terms
- The referral bonus will be paid out in the first payroll cycle following the completion of the new hire’s 90-day probationary period.
- Bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and deductions as per federal and state laws.
Additional Notes
- There is no cap to the number of referrals an employee can make; however, each referral must meet the eligibility criteria to qualify for the bonus.
- In the event that two or more employees refer the same candidate, the bonus will be awarded to the employee who submitted the referral first.
