Eligibility and Process

Eligibility: All full-time Airbase employees are eligible to participate in the referral program. The referred candidate must be hired as a full-time employee.

Referral Submission: Referrals must be submitted through the internal referral portal before the candidate applies for the position.

Bonus Payment: The referral bonus is paid out after the referred employee has been with Airbase for 90 days.
