Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers (All Levels)

  • Bonus Amount: $5,000
  • Roles Include: Frontend Developers, Backend Developers, Full Stack Engineers

• Product Managers

  • Bonus Amount: $4,500
  • Roles Include: Associate PM, PM, Senior PM

• Designers

  • Bonus Amount: $4,000
  • Roles Include: UX/UI Designers, Product Designers

Other Roles

• Sales and Marketing

  • Bonus Amount: $3,500

Eligibility and Process

1. Eligibility: All full-time Airbase employees are eligible to participate in the referral program. The referred candidate must be hired as a full-time employee.

2. Referral Submission: Referrals must be submitted through the internal referral portal before the candidate applies for the position.

3. Bonus Payment: The referral bonus is paid out after the referred employee has been with Airbase for 90 days.

4. Multiple Referrals: If a candidate is referred by more than one employee, the bonus will be awarded to the first referrer.

5. Referral Limits: There is no limit to the number of candidates an employee can refer.
