Referral Bonus Details

Tech/Product Roles

• Eligibility: All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Referral Bonus Amount: For tech and product roles, the referral bonus is $5,000 per successful hire.
• Payment Structure:
  • 50% of the bonus is paid after the new hire completes their first 90 days.
  • The remaining 50% is paid after the new hire completes one year of employment.
• Eligible Roles: Positions include, but are not limited to:
  • Software Engineers
  • Product Managers
  • Data Analysts
  • UX/UI Designers
  • Systems Architects

Other Roles

• Referral Bonus Amount: For non-tech and non-product roles, the referral bonus is $2,500 per successful hire.
• Payment Structure:
  • 50% of the bonus is paid after the new hire completes their first 90 days.
  • The remaining 50% is paid after the new hire completes one year of employment.
• Eligible Roles: Includes roles in operations, customer service, finance, and more.

Program Guidelines

• Submission Process: Employees must submit the candidate's information through the dedicated referral portal before the candidate applies for the position.
• Candidate Eligibility: Referred candidates must not have been employed by ATSG in the past 12 months or have an active application in our system.
