Our Referral Bonus Program is designed to incentivize Aimco employees to refer qualified candidates for open positions, particularly in tech and product roles. Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

Aimco places a high priority on recruiting top talent for tech and product roles, given their critical impact on our business operations and innovation. As a result, the referral bonuses for these positions are among the highest within the company.

• Software Engineer: $2,500
• Product Manager: $2,500
• Data Scientist: $2,500
• UX/UI Designer: $2,000
• DevOps Engineer: $2,500

Other Technical Roles

While not directly part of the product development team, other technical roles are crucial to supporting Aimco's infrastructure and operations.

• System Administrator: $1,500
• Network Engineer: $1,500
• IT Support Specialist: $1,000

Non-Technical Roles

Recognizing the diverse needs across our organization, Aimco also offers referral bonuses for non-technical roles, although at a different scale.

Eligibility & Payment

• Eligibility: All full-time Aimco employees are eligible to participate. The referred candidate must be hired and complete at least 90 days of employment.
• Payment Schedule: Referral bonuses will be processed and included in the referrer’s paycheck following the completion of the referred employee’s 90-day probationary period.
• Multiple Referrals: Employees can earn bonuses for multiple successful referrals.
