Program Guidelines

Eligibility: All full-time AIG employees are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program, except for HR personnel and hiring managers directly involved in the recruitment process for the referred position.

Referral Process:
- Submit the candidate's resume and details through the AIG internal referral portal.
- Ensure the candidate acknowledges the referral when applying for the position.

Bonus Payment:
- The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
- First installment (50%): Paid after the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment.
- Second installment (50%): Paid after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment.
