This program is designed to encourage employees and external partners to refer skilled professionals, particularly in tech and product roles, though all positions are eligible.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer

  • Bonus Amount: $5,000
  • Payout Schedule:
    • $2,000 upon the candidate’s completion of 3 months
    • $3,000 upon the candidate’s completion of 12 months

• Product Manager

  • Bonus Amount: $4,000
  • Payout Schedule:
    • $1,500 upon the candidate’s completion of 3 months
    • $2,500 upon the candidate’s completion of 12 months

• UX/UI Designer

  • Bonus Amount: $3,500
  • Payout Schedule:
    • $1,500 upon the candidate’s completion of 3 months
    • $2,000 upon the candidate’s completion of 12 months

Other Roles

• Business Analyst

  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Payout Schedule:
    • $1,000 upon the candidate’s completion of 3 months
    • $2,000 upon the candidate’s completion of 12 months

• HR Specialist

  • Bonus Amount: $2,500
  • Payout Schedule:
    • $1,000 upon the candidate’s completion of 3 months
    • $1,500 upon the candidate’s completion of 12 months

Program Guidelines

1. Eligibility:
   • All employees of Agile Defense are eligible to participate. External partners and vendors may also participate under specific agreements.
