Process and Payment

1. Referral Submission: Employees submit referrals through AGCO’s internal referral portal.
2. Candidate Evaluation: The referred candidate must successfully pass all interview stages and accept the job offer.
3. Bonus Payment: The referral bonus is typically paid out in two installments:
