Referral Bonus Details

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Developers, Engineers, Product Managers:

  • Referral Bonus: $5,000
  • Payment Schedule:
    • 50% after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
    • Remaining 50% after 6 months of employment.

• Data Scientists, Analysts, UX/UI Designers:

  • Referral Bonus: $4,000
  • Payment Schedule:
    • 50% after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
    • Remaining 50% after 6 months of employment.

Other Roles

• Operations, Sales, Marketing:

  • Referral Bonus: $3,000
  • Payment Schedule:
    • 50% after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
    • Remaining 50% after 6 months of employment.

• Administrative, Support Staff:

  • Referral Bonus: $1,500
  • Payment Schedule:
    • 50% after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.

Eligibility and Conditions

1. Eligible Referrers: All current AerSale employees, except HR personnel directly involved in the hiring process for the referred position, are eligible to participate in the referral program.

2. Candidate Eligibility:

   • The referred candidate must not be a previous employee of AerSale.
   • The candidate should not have applied to AerSale within the last 12 months.
