Program Overview

The referral bonus program is designed to incentivize employees to refer qualified candidates for open positions. When you refer a candidate who is successfully hired and completes a specified employment period, you become eligible to receive a referral bonus.

Eligible Positions

• Tech/Product Roles: Software Engineers, Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Data Scientists, etc.
• Other Roles: Includes positions in operations, finance, human resources, and other departments.

Bonus Structure

The referral bonus amounts vary based on the role and level of the position. Below is an estimate of the referral bonuses for different categories:

• Tech/Product Roles:

  • Junior-Level Positions: $2,000
  • Mid-Level Positions: $3,500
  • Senior-Level Positions: $5,000

• Other Roles:

  • Junior-Level Positions: $1,000
  • Mid-Level Positions: $2,000
  • Senior-Level Positions: $3,000

Eligibility Criteria

1. Referring Employee: Must be an active employee of Aerovate Therapeutics at the time of referral and payout.
2. Referred Candidate: Must be successfully hired and complete a probationary period of 90 days.
3. Referral Process: The referring employee should submit the candidate's details through the official referral portal prior to the candidate applying for the position.

Payment Terms

• The referral bonus is processed through payroll, subject to standard tax withholdings.
• Payments are made within one pay cycle following the successful completion of the new hire
