Referral Bonus Structure

Tech & Product Roles

• Software Engineer / Developer: $2,500
• Product Manager: $3,000
• Data Scientist / Analyst: $2,500
• UI/UX Designer: $2,000
• DevOps Engineer: $2,500

Other Roles

• Operations Manager: $1,500
• Sales & Marketing: $1,000
• Human Resources: $1,000
• Finance & Accounting: $1,500
• Research Scientist: $2,000

Eligibility Criteria

• Referrals must result in a successful hire and the new employee must complete at least 90 days of employment.
• The referring employee must be actively employed by Adverum Biotechnologies at the time of payout.
• The referred candidate must not be a previous employee or contractor who worked with Adverum Biotechnologies in the past 12 months.
• Referrals must be submitted through the official referral process, typically via an internal system or designated email.

How to Refer

1. Submit Referral: Employees should submit the candidate's resume and contact information through the company's internal referral portal or designated email address.
2. Track Progress: Employees can track the status of their referral through the portal or receive updates from HR.
3. Receive Bonus: Once the referred candidate meets the eligibility criteria, the referral bonus will be processed in the next payroll cycle.
