AdTheorent is committed to recruiting top talent and recognizes the valuable role employees play in identifying and recommending potential candidates. Our Referral Bonus Program is designed to reward employees for successful referrals that lead to new hires, particularly in high-demand areas like tech and product roles.

Referral Bonus Details

Tech/Product Roles

• Bonus Amount: $5,000
• Eligible Positions: Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, DevOps Engineers.
• Payment Structure:
  • 50% of the bonus is paid after the new hire completes their first 90 days.
  • The remaining 50% is paid after the new hire completes six months.

Other Roles

• Bonus Amount: $2,000
• Eligible Positions: Marketing Specialists, Sales Associates, Account Managers, Administrative Staff.
• Payment Structure:
  • 50% of the bonus is paid after the new hire completes their first 90 days.
  • The remaining 50% is paid after the new hire completes six months.

Referral Process

1. Submit Referral: Employees can submit referrals through the internal HR portal. Make sure to include the candidate’s resume and a brief explanation of why they would be a good fit for the role.

2. Review and Interview: HR will review the referral and, if the candidate meets the initial criteria, they will be invited for an interview.

3. Hiring Decision: If the candidate is hired, the referring employee will be notified and the bonus structure will commence.

Eligibility Criteria

• The referral must be submitted before the candidate applies for the role.
• The referring employee must be actively employed at AdTheorent at the time of payment.
• Referrals of former employees who left the company within the last year are not eligible.
• Only full-time positions are eligible for the referral bonus.
