Eligibility

• Who Can Refer: All current full-time employees of Adtalem Global Education are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Who Can Be Referred: Candidates eligible for referral bonuses include those applying for full-time positions in technology, product management, and other critical roles within the organization.

Bonus Structure

The referral bonus is structured based on the role category and level of the position filled. Below is a detailed breakdown:

Technology and Product Management Roles

• Software Engineer, Data Analyst, Product Manager

  • Referral Bonus: $2,000
  • Payment Timeline: Paid in two installments. The first installment of $1,000 is paid after the new hire completes 90 days of employment. The second installment of $1,000 is paid after the new hire completes six months of employment.

• Senior Software Engineer, Senior Product Manager

  • Referral Bonus: $3,000
  • Payment Timeline: Paid in two installments. The first installment of $1,500 is paid after the new hire completes 90 days of employment. The second installment of $1,500 is paid after the new hire completes six months of employment.

Other Roles

• General Administrative and Support Roles
  • Referral Bonus: $1,000
