This program is designed to attract top talent, particularly in tech and product roles, but extends to other areas as well.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Eligible Positions: Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and other related roles.
• Bonus Amount: Up to $5,000 per successful hire.
  • Breakdown:
    • $2,500 paid after the new hire completes 3 months.
    • $2,500 paid after the new hire completes 12 months.

Other Roles

• Eligible Positions: Includes roles in administration, operations, sales, and more.
• Bonus Amount: Up to $3,000 per successful hire.
  • Breakdown:
    • $1,500 paid after the new hire completes 3 months.
    • $1,500 paid after the new hire completes 12 months.

Eligibility Criteria

• Referrer: Must be a current employee of ADMA Biologics.
• Referred Candidate: Must not have applied to ADMA Biologics in the last 6 months.
• Process: The referral must be submitted through the company's official referral system before the candidate applies for the position.

Additional Information

• Referral Limit: There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can make. However, bonuses are only paid for successful hires.
• Payment Schedule: Referral bonuses are processed in the payroll following the completion of the specified employment period by the new hire.
• Tax Implications: All referral bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and will be reported in the
