- Bonus Amount: Up to $5,000 per successful hire.

- $2,500 paid after the new hire completes 3 months.
- $2,500 paid after the new hire completes 12 months.

Eligibility Criteria
- Referrer: Must be a current employee of ADMA Biologics.
- Referred Candidate: Must not have applied to ADMA Biologics in the last 6 months.
- Process: The referral must be submitted through the company's official referral system before the candidate applies for the position.
