At Adeia, we recognize the value of having a talented team that drives innovation and success. To incentivize our employees to refer exceptional candidates, we have established a comprehensive referral bonus program. This program is particularly focused on tech and product roles, but it also extends to other positions within the company. Below is a detailed breakdown of the referral bonus structure and estimated payouts.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles:

• Software Engineers (All Levels): $5,000
• Product Managers: $4,500
• Data Scientists: $5,000
• UX/UI Designers: $4,000
• DevOps Engineers: $4,500

Other Roles:

• Marketing Specialists: $3,000
• Sales Executives: $3,500
• HR Managers: $3,000
• Finance Analysts: $2,500

Bonus Payment Details

• Eligibility: The referral bonus is eligible for full-time positions only. Both the referring employee and the referred candidate must be employed at Adeia at the time of payment.

• Referral Process: Employees must submit candidates through the official referral portal. Referrals submitted through other channels may not be eligible for a bonus.

• Payment Schedule: The referral bonus is paid in two installments:

  • First Installment (50%): Paid after the referred employee has successfully completed 90 days of employment.
  • Second Installment (50%): Paid after the referred employee has completed one year of employment.

Additional Guidelines

• Multiple Referrals: If multiple employees refer the same candidate, the bonus will be awarded to the first referrer based on the submission timestamp.

• Referral Limit: There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can make, encouraging employees to refer multiple candidates if they know
