Below is a detailed breakdown of the referral bonus structure and estimated payouts.
Referral Bonus Structure
Tech/Product Roles:
- Software Engineers (All Levels): $5,000
- Product Managers: $4,500
- Data Scientists: $5,000
- UX/UI Designers: $4,000
- DevOps Engineers: $4,500
Other Roles:
- Marketing Specialists: $3,000
- Sales Executives: $3,500

Bonus Payment Details

Eligibility: The referral bonus is eligible for full-time positions only. Both the referring employee and the referred candidate must be employed at Adeia at the time of payment.

Referral Process: Employees must submit candidates through the official referral portal. Referrals submitted through other channels may not be eligible for a bonus.

- First Installment (50%): Paid after the referred employee has successfully completed 90 days of employment.
