Referral Bonus Details

Tech/Product Roles

• Positions Covered: Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Analysts, UX/UI Designers, and other related roles.
• Bonus Amount: Employees who refer candidates for tech and product roles are eligible for a referral bonus of $2,000.
• Payment Structure: The referral bonus is paid in two installments:
  • $1,000 after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
  • $1,000 after the referred candidate completes one year of employment.

Other Roles

• Positions Covered: Healthcare Providers, Administrative Staff, Customer Service Representatives, and other non-tech roles.
• Bonus Amount: Employees who refer candidates for these roles will receive a referral bonus of $1,000.
• Payment Structure: The referral bonus is paid in two installments:
  • $500 after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
  • $500 after the referred candidate completes one year of employment.

Eligibility Criteria

• The referring employee must be a current employee of Addus HomeCare at the time of referral and when the bonus payments are made.
• The referred candidate must acknowledge the referring employee on their application.
• The referred candidate must not be a previous employee or a current applicant in our database.

How to Refer a Candidate

1. Submit the Referral: Employees can submit referrals through the Addus HomeCare employee portal by providing the candidate's resume and contact information.
2. Track Your Referral: Once submitted, employees can track the status of their referral through the portal.
