Addepar's referral bonus program is designed to incentivize employees to refer qualified candidates for open positions within the company. The program is particularly focused on tech and product roles, though it also applies to other positions across the organization.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $5,000
• Product Manager: $4,500
• Data Scientist: $4,500
• UX/UI Designer: $4,000

Other Roles

• Sales Executive: $3,500
• Marketing Specialist: $3,000
• HR Manager: $3,000

Eligibility and Process

1. Eligibility: All current Addepar employees are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program, except for HR personnel involved in the recruitment process and executives.

2. Referral Submission: Referrals must be submitted through the official company referral portal, including the candidate’s resume and a brief description of their qualifications.

3. Bonus Payment:

   • The referral bonus is payable once the referred candidate has successfully completed 90 days of employment.
   • Bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and will be added to the referring employee's paycheck.

4. Multiple Referrals: If a candidate is referred by multiple employees, the bonus will be awarded to the first referrer as determined by the submission timestamp.
