Referral Bonus Details

Tech/Product Roles

Referral bonuses for tech and product roles are structured to attract skilled professionals in high-demand areas. These roles include software engineers, product managers, data scientists, and UX/UI designers. Bonuses are tiered based on the seniority and specialization of the role.

• Entry-Level Roles (e.g., Junior Software Engineer)

  • Bonus Amount: $1,000
  • Estimated Payout Timeline: Paid after 90 days of the new hire’s employment.

• Mid-Level Roles (e.g., Product Manager, Data Analyst)

  • Bonus Amount: $2,500
  • Estimated Payout Timeline: Paid after 90 days of the new hire’s employment.

• Senior-Level Roles (e.g., Senior Software Engineer, Lead UX Designer)

  • Bonus Amount: $5,000
  • Estimated Payout Timeline: Paid in two installments: 50% after 90 days and the remaining 50% after 6 months of the new hire’s employment.

Program Conditions

• Eligibility: All full-time AdaptHealth employees are eligible to participate in the referral program. HR personnel and hiring managers are excluded from receiving bonuses for referrals related to their own departments
