Referral Bonus Structure
Tech/Product Roles
For tech and product roles, the complexity and impact of these positions warrant a higher referral bonus. These roles include, but are not limited to:

Referral Bonus:
- Successful Hire Bonus: $5,000
- Additional Bonus for Critical Roles: An extra $1,000 for roles identified as critical, based on current business needs.

Payment Terms
The referral bonus will be processed in two installments to ensure the new hire is a good fit within our organization:

Eligibility Criteria
