Below, we provide detailed information about the program, including estimates and potential rewards for different roles.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

For tech and product roles, the complexity and impact of these positions warrant a higher referral bonus. These roles include, but are not limited to:

• Software Engineers
• Product Managers
• Data Scientists
• UX/UI Designers
• DevOps Engineers

Referral Bonus:

• Successful Hire Bonus: $5,000
• Additional Bonus for Critical Roles: An extra $1,000 for roles identified as critical, based on current business needs.

Other Roles

While our focus is on tech and product roles, referrals for other key positions are also valuable to us. These roles include:

• Marketing Specialists
• Sales Managers

Referral Bonus:

Payment Terms

The referral bonus will be processed in two installments to ensure the new hire is a good fit within our organization:

1. First Installment (50%): Paid after the referred employee successfully completes 90 days of employment.
2. Second Installment (50%): Paid after the referred employee successfully completes one year of employment.

Eligibility Criteria

• All full-time employees of Adamas One are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.
• Referrals must be submitted through our official referral portal to be considered for the bonus.
• The referred candidate must be a new candidate to Adamas One. Candidates already in our database or those who have applied independently within the past 12 months are not eligible.
