   • Referral Bonus: $5,000
   • Estimated Payout Timeline: Payable after the new hire completes 90 days of employment.

2. Product Manager

   • Referral Bonus: $4,000
   • Estimated Payout Timeline: Payable after the new hire completes 90 days of employment.

3. Data Scientist

   • Referral Bonus: $5,000
   • Estimated Payout Timeline: Payable after the new hire completes 90 days of employment.

4. UX/UI Designer

   • Referral Bonus: $3,500
