This program applies to several roles, primarily focusing on tech/product positions but not limited to them.

Referral Bonus Structure

The referral bonus is structured based on the level and type of position filled through the referral. Below is the detailed breakdown:

Tech/Product Roles

1. Junior Level (e.g., Junior Software Engineer, Associate Product Manager)

   • Bonus: $1,000
   • Eligibility: Bonus paid out after the new hire completes 90 days with the company.

2. Mid-Level (e.g., Software Engineer, Product Manager)

   • Bonus: $2,500
   • Eligibility: Bonus paid out in two installments; $1,250 after 90 days and $1,250 after 6 months.

3. Senior Level (e.g., Senior Software Engineer, Senior Product Manager)

   • Bonus: $5,000
   • Eligibility: Bonus paid out in two installments; $2,500 after 90 days and $2,500 after 6 months.

4. Leadership/Executive Roles (e.g., Director of Engineering, VP of Product)
