Our referral bonus program is designed to reward employees who refer successful candidates to our team. Below are the details of the referral bonus program, particularly focusing on tech and product roles, but applicable to other positions as well.

Referral Bonus Overview

• Eligibility: All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program, except for HR personnel and hiring managers directly involved in the recruitment process.
• Bonus Amounts:
  • Tech/Product Roles:
    • Junior-Level Positions: $1,500
    • Mid-Level Positions: $3,000
    • Senior-Level Positions: $5,000
  • Other Roles:
    • Junior-Level Positions: $1,000
    • Mid-Level Positions: $2,000
    • Senior-Level Positions: $4,000
• Payment Structure: The referral bonus will be paid in two installments:
  • 50% of the bonus will be paid after the referred candidate has been with the company for 90 days.
  • The remaining 50% will be paid after the referred candidate has completed six months of employment.

Submission Process

1. Referral Submission: Employees should submit referrals through the ACI_JET internal referral portal. Ensure all required candidate details and the role they are being referred for are included.
2. Acknowledgment: Once submitted, HR will acknowledge receipt of the referral within three business days.
3. Candidate Assessment: The referred candidate will go through the standard recruitment process. The referring employee will be kept informed of the candidate's progress.
