To achieve this, we have implemented a Referral Bonus Program designed to incentivize our current employees to refer qualified candidates. Below are the details of our referral bonus structure, focusing on tech and product roles, with additional information on other roles.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech and Product Roles

1. Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists:

   • Bonus Amount: $2,500
   • Payment Schedule:
     • 50% after the referred candidate successfully completes 90 days of employment.
     • Remaining 50% after the candidate completes 6 months.

2. UX/UI Designers, QA Engineers, DevOps Specialists:

   • Bonus Amount: $2,000
   • Payment Schedule:
     • 50% after 90 days.
     • Remaining 50% after 6 months.

Other Roles

1. Sales, Marketing, Operations:

   • Bonus Amount: $1,500
   • Payment Schedule:
     • 50% after 90 days.
     • Remaining 50% after 6 months.

2. Administrative, Support Staff:

   • Payment Schedule:
     • 50% after 90 days.

Eligibility and Conditions

• Current Employees: All full-time employees of ACCO Brands are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Referred Candidates: Must be new to ACCO Brands and should not have applied in the last 12 months.
