How It Works

Eligibility: All current employees of Acadia Healthcare are eligible to participate in the referral program, except for hiring managers involved directly in the recruitment process for the referred position.

Referral Process: Employees can refer candidates by submitting their details through our internal referral system. Be sure to include the candidate’s resume and a brief description of why they would be a great fit.

Approval and Interview: Once the referral is received, our recruitment team will review the candidate’s qualifications. If the candidate meets the necessary criteria, they will be invited for an interview.
Referral Bonus for Tech/Product Roles
- Software Engineers/Developers: $5,000
- Product Managers: $4,500
- Data Scientists: $5,000
- UX/UI Designers: $4,000

Referral Bonus for Other Roles
- Clinical Staff: $3,000

Payment Structure
