At ABZ Financial, we value the networks of our employees and believe that great talent knows great talent. Our referral bonus program is designed to reward employees for bringing exceptional individuals into our organization. Below are the details of our referral bonus program, with a focus on tech and product roles, although it applies to other roles as well.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers (Frontend, Backend, Full Stack): $5,000
• Product Managers: $4,000
• Data Scientists/Analysts: $4,500
• UX/UI Designers: $3,500
• DevOps Engineers: $4,500

Other Roles

• Marketing Specialists: $3,000
• Sales Executives: $3,500
• Customer Support Representatives: $2,000
• HR & Recruitment Specialists: $2,500

Eligibility Criteria

• The referral must be for a permanent, full-time position.
• The referred candidate must not have applied to ABZ Financial within the last 6 months.
• The referral bonus is awarded after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.

Referral Process

1. Submit a Referral: Employees can submit referrals through our internal referral portal. Ensure to provide the candidate's resume and any necessary contact information.

2. Track the Progress: You can track the status of your referral through the portal. Updates will be provided at each stage of the recruitment process.

3. Receive the Bonus: Once your referral completes the required 90-day employment period, the bonus will be processed and included in your next paycheck.

Important Notes

• There is no limit to the number of referrals an employee can make.
• Referral bonuses are subject to tax withholdings as per local regulations.
• In the event of multiple referrals for the same candidate, the bonus will be awarded to the first referring
