Below are the details of the program, particularly focused on tech and product roles, along with estimates for potential earnings.

How It Works

Our referral bonus program is designed to reward employees for referring qualified candidates who successfully join our team. Bonuses are tiered based on the type of role and are paid out after the referred candidate completes a specified period of employment.

Eligibility Criteria

• Referrer: Must be a current employee at Abstract Marketing Group.
• Referred Candidate: Must not have been previously employed by Abstract Marketing Group or have applied within the past 12 months.
• Referral Process: The candidate must mention your referral in their application, or you must submit their information through the company's referral portal.

Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

Given the competitive nature of the tech industry, we offer higher bonuses for successful referrals in these areas.

• Software Engineer: $5,000
• Product Manager: $4,500
• Data Scientist: $5,000
• UX/UI Designer: $3,500
• DevOps Engineer: $4,000

Other Roles

While the focus is on tech and product roles, we also provide bonuses for other key positions:

Payment Terms

Referral bonuses are paid out in two installments:

1. 50% upon the referred candidate's successful completion of their first 90 days of employment.
2. Remaining 50% after the referred candidate completes six months of employment.
