This program is designed to reward employees who help us find and hire exceptional talent, especially in key roles like tech and product positions.

Tech/Product Roles Referral Bonus

For our technology and product development teams, finding skilled professionals is crucial. As such, we offer a premium referral bonus for these positions:

• Software Engineers/Developers: $3,000
• Product Managers: $3,000
• Data Scientists/Analysts: $3,000
• UX/UI Designers: $2,500
• DevOps Engineers: $3,000
• QA Engineers/Testers: $2,500

Eligibility and Payment

• The referred candidate must be hired and complete a minimum of 90 days of employment.
• The referring employee must be active at the time of the bonus payout.
• Bonuses are paid out in two installments: 50% after the referred candidate completes 90 days, and the remaining 50% after 6 months.

While our focus is on tech and product roles, AAON also offers referral bonuses for other crucial positions:

• Sales and Marketing: $2,000
• Operations and Logistics: $1,500
• Human Resources: $1,500
• Customer Support: $1,000

Additional Details

• Referrals must be submitted through the official AAON referral portal.
• Employees involved in the hiring process for the referred candidate are not eligible for the bonus.
• There is no limit to the number of referrals an employee can make.
