Referral Bonus Structure
Tech/Product Roles
- Software Engineer: $3,000
- Product Manager: $3,500
- Data Scientist: $3,000
- UX/UI Designer: $2,500
- DevOps Engineer: $3,500
Other Roles
- Clinical Operations Specialist: $2,000
- Regulatory Affairs Manager: $2,500
- Quality Assurance Analyst: $2,000

Eligibility and Payment
- Eligibility: All current employees of 4G Clinical are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program. However, HR personnel and hiring managers are excluded from receiving referral bonuses.
- Payment Schedule: The referral bonus will be paid out in two installments.
- First Installment: 50% of the bonus will be paid after the referred candidate successfully completes their first 90 days of employment.
- Second Installment: The remaining 50% will be paid after the referred candidate completes six months of employment.
