Our referral bonus program is designed to encourage and reward employees for referring candidates who align with our mission and values. Below, you'll find detailed information about the referral bonus program, specifically focusing on tech and product roles, as well as other positions within the company.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $3,000
• Product Manager: $3,500
• Data Scientist: $3,000
• UX/UI Designer: $2,500
• DevOps Engineer: $3,500

Other Roles

• Clinical Operations Specialist: $2,000
• Regulatory Affairs Manager: $2,500
• Quality Assurance Analyst: $2,000
• Sales Executive: $2,500

Eligibility and Payment

• Eligibility: All current employees of 4G Clinical are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program. However, HR personnel and hiring managers are excluded from receiving referral bonuses.
• Payment Schedule: The referral bonus will be paid out in two installments.
  • First Installment: 50% of the bonus will be paid after the referred candidate successfully completes their first 90 days of employment.
  • Second Installment: The remaining 50% will be paid after the referred candidate completes six months of employment.

Referral Process

1. Submit Referral: Employees must submit their referral through the company's referral portal, providing the candidate's resume and any relevant information.
2. Acknowledgment: Once the referral is submitted, the referring employee will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt.
