Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, etc.:
  • Bonus Amount: $2,000
  • Eligibility: Full-time hires only
  • Payout Schedule:
    • 50% after the new hire completes 3 months
    • Remaining 50% after the new hire completes 6 months

Other Roles

• Marketing, Sales, HR, etc.:
  • Bonus Amount: $1,000
  • Eligibility: Full-time hires only
  • Payout Schedule:
    • 50% after the new hire completes 3 months
    • Remaining 50% after the new hire completes 6 months

Program Details

• Eligibility for Referrers:

  • All full-time employees of 3D Systems are eligible to participate, with the exception of HR personnel and hiring managers for the position being filled.

• Candidate Eligibility:

  • Candidates must not have applied to 3D Systems in the last 12 months.
  • Candidates should not have been previously employed by 3D Systems within the last 2 years.

• Submission Process:

  • Referrals must be submitted through the company's official referral system to ensure tracking and processing.

• Payment Details:

  • Bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and will be reflected in the referrer’s paycheck.
