  • Estimated Time to Payout: 3 months after the new hire's start date.
• Product Manager:
  • Bonus: $1,500
  • Estimated Time to Payout: 3 months after the new hire's start date.
• UI/UX Designer:
  • Bonus: $1,000
  • Estimated Time to Payout: 3 months after the new hire's start date.
• DevOps Engineer:
